Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently Crowsnest installation gets started with sudo make install BASE_USER=$USER in KIAUH. BASE_USER=$USER would be only needed, if KIAUH is executed with sudo. This cannot happen as KIAUH is actively stopping you from doing it.

This should not trigger any bugs, but should be streamlined with the official installation instructions.

Describe the solution you'd like

Change sudo make install BASE_USER=$USER to sudo make install when installing Crowsnest.

Describe alternatives you've considered
