Server-Side Connection

Hi, I eager to know about your system. I have read your thesis and it is awesome.
I wanna try to use your tool and I installed it on my virtual machine.
But, I got some problem to run this tool when it communicates with the server. I just wondering how to build the server and what is the response of the server? And, another thing, can I run your system just download from the code file in this git or I need another part (except PIN)?
