Like the AppleScript page, this page links to and provides shell scripts you can use to extend the functionality of ControlPlane

Shell Scripts

• Toggle DropBox Proxy: Change the proxy mode for DropBox.
• Adjust Sleep Timer: Set or disable the sleep timer.
• Instant Time Machine Backup: Trigger a local Time Machine backup at will. (This is now built into ControlPlane)
• Reboot into Windows: Make the next reboot boot into windows. (Also has an AppleScript version.)
• Check Time Machine Disk: Run a fast volume check on large Time Machine backup disks.
