pageCategory - Include Parent categories as well (optional) #220

Why
The post belongs to its category as well as to the category parent category, though the dataLayer pageCategory refers the immediate category only.
It would be great if the parent categories are part of the pageCategory dataLayer as an optional feature.

Might help someone - definitely me, as I would be able do regular update without post-processing ;')

What and how
I have made my own modification, kinda hack on the function without the Admin UI part.
