Hi, Thomas! You have made a wonderful plugin! It really simplifies the setup of Enhanced Ecommerce. The question arose as to how realistic it is to add the ability to send the Refund event when changing the order status. Using the Measurement Protocol. In article it is explained in sufficient detail how to transmit data to analytics. You may need a hook woocommerce_order_status_changed. If it's not your priority, let me know. Thank you for your time!
attached a plugin woosubsga.zip

It is hard to decide about this as Measurement Protocol is purely a GA related feature and this plugin is about a more generic tool: GTM
I understand that refund tracking is useful but currently this plugin does not store your GA ID which could be needed to populate Measurement Protocol calls.
