Audio sync issue

I'm having audio sync issues. I made some 10-15 clips about 5 minutes long trying out different pyramid options etc, and found that every single one had out-of-sync audio. I was using the Butterflow-ui app to do this.

I was working with an mp4 which I had trimmed from a larger mp4 which I had converted from an mkv all using ffmpeg. What do you think the root cause of the issue is?

I'm also experiencing audio sync issues but mainly when I am converting 60 fps to 90 fps. When I convert 60 fps to 120 fps there does not appear to be an audio sync problem. What frame rates are you starting and ending with (curious to see if we are having the same issue)?

In my case, it appears that the 90fps video is playing faster than the original video and so the audio begins to lag.
