Wish: emailed review comments integrated with github issues

Idea

1. (doable) each packageId within repo corresponds to static issue number -- 1:1
2. (existing) email notices are generated based on:
   • auto-validator
   • auto-tester
   • gallery "contact maintainer"
   • gallery disqus comments
3. (doable) automatically read and parse email
4. (???) events trigger GH issues (1) as comments

Example

1. pkg fails auto-tester
2. receive and parse email
3. reopen issue of respective packageId if necessary
4. add gist link in comment
