Currently there is no indicator of what qualifies as a complete address. In order to be sure the address is found you need "Address City State".

We need to give a clear error message to the user when the search fails and why (No Huc Found, please verify you entered an address in this format "XXXX XX XX XXXXX XXX X" etc.
