Need to change the download URL from https://downloads.apache.org/kafka/2.4.0/kafka_2.12-2.4.0.tgz to https://downloads.apache.org/kafka/3.0.0/kafka_2.12-3.0.0.tgz

Changed the Kafka version and it is now getting installed, but localhost:9092 is not found.
