What do the numbers in cartesian_position mean #27

In observations, there are 6 numbers in cartesian_position. Do the first of them represent xyz and the other 3 numbers are rotation? If so, what are their units and value range? If the first 3 numbers are xyz, what are their directions? Are the last 3 numbers in the order roll, pitch, and yaw?
