Hi Darshan,I think cities in region Kilimanjaro with fips_code 06 and iso2 09 were incorrectly assigned to Mbeya region with fips_code 09 and iso2 14. Please note that Kilimanjaro’s latitude is -4… and Mbeya is -8… I don’t know if iso2 09 and fips_code 09 created the ambiguity of the cities table to have duplicates.
