Data inconsistencies

Some states of countries have the same name, but different code
That is creating issues on import, since I have a unique column on state + country_id

Another small inconsistency I found when importing, was:

• City Ibiza geocodes to state Balearic Islands (IB)

But it is different here both in name and code in the data set.
