@it-AhmedTaha I am unable to find a data for that country, If you can find a good source of data for that country, please let me know.

Here's the ISO 3166-2 codes: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:PS

As for towns/cities, there's a list (and export to csv/json) here: https://worldpopulationreview.com/countries/cities/palestine
