For Buenos Aires there are only 10 options but there are more (48).

As I mentioned in another issue:

You can see a full, official, poorly formatted list, here. You can probably extract them programmatically using querySelectorAll.

Take into account that for Ciudad de Buenos Aires, the list provided by @MathiMate is more comprehensive (and better quality) than what you usually find online.

Even in official post services, it's common to write it this way no matter in which neighborhood you live:

• State: Ciudad de Buenos Aires
• City: Buenos Aires (or CABA, or Ciudad de Buenos Aires again)
