Wrong cities listed (Philippines)

The cities in Western Visayas in the Philippines are all bunched up in the state Antique which is incorrect.

The official data for this can be found at the Philippine Standard Geographic Code (PSGC) published by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
