Repro Steps:

1. Turn on Talkback and Install and open ".NET 9 template" app.
2. "Home Screen" will open.
3. Swipe till "Project work card".
4. Observe that Role is not defined for "Improve work life balance, Learn to speak another language" as buttons or cards in Projects section in Home screen.

Actual Result:

Role is not defined for "Improve work life balance, Learn to speak another language" as buttons or cards in Projects section in Home screen.
NOTE: Issue is also reproducing in Projects screen.

Expected Result:

Role should be defined for "Improve work life balance, Learn to speak another language" as buttons or cards in Projects section in Home screen, so that users will be knowing that the control is button or link or card.

User Impact:
