Remaining 7.0 Schedule

We wanted to give an update on the remaining schedule for the 7.0 release and where code will flow.

Upcoming Releases:

• .NET Monitor 7.0 Preview 8 will ship with .NET 7 RC 1
• .NET Monitor 7.0 RC 1 will ship with .NET 7 RC 2
• .NET Monitor 7.0 GA will ship with .NET 7 GA

All features for 7.0 will need to be completed in the main branch by September 22nd. Merge from the main branch to the release/7.x branch will happen on September 27th. All changes for 7.0 after September 27th will need to be made in the release/7.x branch. Any changes that bring too much risk to 7.0 will be held until the main branch opens on September 28th.

This announcement will be updated if any of the dates, milestones, or actions are changed.
