Too Windows-centric for .NET Core

If .NET Core is truly multi-OS platform, you need to get the documentation for .NET Core to sound the same. There is no concept for a "Drive Letter" for Mac and Linux, so the 'driveName' parameter description makes no sense.

Thanks for your feedback @jpfreyen. The entire System.IO namespace needs to be revised to make sure it works for cross-platform.

I think you really need to scrub all of System.*, not just System.IO namespace. I work exclusively on C# solutions for Mac and Linux for my company, and I run into issues like this about weekly.
