Add alerting for Disk space issue in Helix-service staging deployment

We are currently experiencing numerous disk space issues with Helix-service staging deployments. We need to set up an alert to notify us when these issues occur so we can identify and address the root cause.

It will be great to figure out if there's a way to keep the machines clean as we deploy
