a WIP os-like FUI that has some actual use

TODO

  • Add the ability to maximize windows
  • Responsive window sizing
  • Mute and volume controls
  • 'EDIT' tab working (cut, copy, paste, etc.)
  • Finish the 'FILE' tab (open, save, etc.)
  • Add the ability to change the wallpaper (settings)
  • Add the ability to change the theme (settings)
  • Add the start menu functionality
