Unstable sign-up system

Often after creating an account or sometimes signing in, you are greeted with an error page, and sometimes redirected to a working page

Expected Behavior:
After signing-in, you should be greeted with the home screen, and no errors

When there is incorrect data submitted, the site shouldn't redirect to an error page without any useful information. When will error messages for the text entry fields be introduced?
