Inject a comment (or anything, really) into the generated code

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to include some kind of "this is generated code - do not manually edit" comment at the top of my generated .d.ts file. I can't see any means of doing this, but maybe I'm missing something. Can anyone confirm?
