add a "Fork" button to a website

basic idea:

1 click fork
2. tab opens with an editor and a 'file folder' of all the resources archived for that page, while in the background we clone all these to a new 'forks' lib, or a new prefix to somehow isolate it...but preserve
3. you can edit the resources and see the changes on your 'fork' of this page.
