Update del dependency to remove some package warnings #60

The dependency on the del v7 package is pulling in some outdated dependencies (rimraf v3, inflight, glob v7) which bring up warnings. The del package updated its deps to remove/update those (sindresorhus/del#162), could the version in package.json be updated to use del v8 in hugo-installer ?
