I tried changing the IMediaTransformation.width/height and they change the image size in the document, but the image is not resized, it's either cropped or what's larger gets filled in with black.
Looking in the documentation https://docx.js.org/#/usage/images?id=intro, but "resizing" / "scaling" is not mentioned and found nothing helpful, only found this issue which is no longer accurate: #281
