Aggregate and version dog breed data found

We should figure out where and how to save the data we gather for the website. This data should be easy to consume and/or convert into DB SQL statements or otherwise added to the application. It should be versioned in github ideally. More than likely we will be getting data from many different sources and we'll need to be able to aggregate the data and get it cleaned up for consumption. E.G. If 2 different websites we get "German Shephard" data from, we need to end up with one german shephard section with all the data from both, cleaning it up as they get merged.
