Remove bg_model

Take a look at all logs and verify what is up to date, what should be removed and what should be added.

• Remove bg_version ?
• Add lengths info
• Maybe add some logs to track when someone uses the "mise en securité" functionality ? (to check with @ClemGerard )

Add following logs if not existing :

• add log when someone complete the "mise en sécurité" journey
• add log when someone complete the "parcours d'arme d'alarme" journey
• add log when someone complete the "parcours arme factice" WHEN the weapon is labelled as "Factice". OR get the number of "arme non classée" obtained over time. (in English factice = dummy)
