extremely hard to get to hue field without it disappearing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. hover over the color input
2. mouse over the saturation field
3. move from saturation field to hue field

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
hue field should stay visible, allowing you to select a new hue. Instead, hue 
field and saturation field disappear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? chrome 
latest
