Apache 2.4 configuration #23

This playbook assumes or installs apache2.2 but the configurations are actually for apache 2.4

for e.g

Require all granted is only understandable by apache 2.4 so in order to make it work with apache 2.2 I had to replace it with

Order allow,deny
Allow from all
