Pure server is currently broken

Running a pure server is currently broken because I removed the hacked ET code that allowed for DLLs on pure. I would like to have it be where it just loads dlls from directory but checks assets3 for pure compatibility I guess? This is also mentioned in Issue #5.

Eh leaving open because I think there is still issues with regards to pure server with vanilla clients. But can play on pure servers with iojamp client now as it fakes the pure checksums by looking at the files in pk3 while still actually loading dlls out of pk3.
