Some time ago we discussed the possibility of a user-friendly web interface for DKPro
WSD, where web users could select from some predefined sense inventories and algorithms,
type or upload some text to disambiguate, and have the web server perform the disambiguation
and output the results in the browser. That is, something similar to the I Can Sense
It system by Joshi et al. (2012) at http://www.cfilt.iitb.ac.in/wsd-demo.
Do we still have the human resources to do this?
We have a Web Demo at http://dkpro.ukp.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de/ which we wanted to
use for WSD. Unfortunately, the student did not add a pipeline for WSD. We are currently
looking for a student who is capable of doing that.
