[Feature Request] Read OTP secrets from a GNOME's Secrets database #5

The GNOME password manager Secrets can store TOTP secrets. It would be really convenient if the TOTP extension could generate one time passwords based on those secrets.

This way, the Secrets app could be used to store and manage secrets and the TOTP extension could be used to quickly and conveniently generate one time passwords.

I believe Secrets uses KeePass 3.1/4 database format.
