Consistent unit in metrics table

Format of revenue figures in metrics tables saas/templates/saas/metrics/base.html should be consistent. That is, all cells should have the same multiplier (ex: 1000, 1000000). There should not be cells with big numbers being humanized to 1000 while other cells with lower numbers using a scale of 1.
