Weight watchers, forks, and "I use this" in ordering

It would be great to order things by more than just PyPi downloads.

For example:

Sentry has a large amount of watchers, but very few PyPi downloads because it's new. There are also other projects which may be entirely driven off of git checkouts.

The github API does not provide the number of git checkouts. I'll ask for this feature.

We also sort by watchers and title. We plan to add usage.
