Many people are still using this project but I have no resources to maintain it now.

There are quite a few issues that need to be resolved, in primis compatibility with latest django versions and cleanup.

I would be VERY happy to give commit access to people that will help to resolve some issues.

PLEASE HELP. This is free and open source software, it needs your help to continue improving.

Where to start?

First thing is fixing the broken tests on django 1.10: https://travis-ci.org/djangonauts/django-hstore

(hstore has been native since django 1.8)

Removing this library removes an impediment to upgrading to Django 1.10.
django-hstore isn't compatible with Django 1.10. The author is aware of this
but has no more time to maintain the module and is looking for a new
maintainer.

djangonauts/django-hstore#161

Also fixed all flake8 complaints in the file I touched (partners/models.py).
