Assign user roles by certification and valid email key correlating to badge. The badge will be validated on Acclaim and vendors using Acclaim can be supported.

Community input on which certifications to recognize would be helpful.

How will the system handle users with multiple of the same cert? e.g. A user with CCNP Enterprise & CCNP Security

Can the system be made to recognize specialization certs? i.e. The component exams required for an NP. Acclaim does support specialization certs.

I'm hoping to keep it somewhat general for the time being since these need to be handled via roles. Once there's full DB functionality I'd like to handle any certs from recognized issuers via profile, but limit the roles to less granularity (e.g. if you have CCIE-SP, CCNP-RS, CCNA-RS, and CCNA-Collab, you can get the CCIE, CCNP, and CCNA roles). I'd really like to generalize even further for roles by eliminating vendor, but then we'd need to deal with misalignment (for example, Juniper has a Specialist level whereas for Cisco, "Specialist" means something else entirely).
