Image block disappearing after saving

Thanks for this great plugin, should be the default editor in Directus!

This issue I am having is hard to reproduce:
Around 10% of the time my image block totally disappears after saving. Other blocks don't.

Will add more info to this issue once I found reproduction steps.

I'm having the same problem. Also, it seems to add an ?access_token at the end of the url, but why?
when i remove the token, it seems to work?

actually, when i remove addTokenToURL from the code, it works.

maybe this has something to do with the new version of Directus?

I just tested it on 9.18.1
