bounds typing on MapLibre component

<MapLibre bounds> is typed as a LatLngBoundsLike. Indeed it takes an array as input, but when binding to it it returns a LatLngBounds instance, so my editor is confused. I think this qualifies as a bug, right?

Yeah the problem basically is that LatLngBoundsLike encompasses a few different formats, including both an array and the LatLngBounds. But when querying the map for the bounds we always get a LatLngBounds.

I think the best solution would be for the MapLibre component to detect which format was passed in, and then when propagating that back to the bounds prop on the component, convert it back into that same format again.
