Starting MarkPage more than once causes multiple events

If you start MarkPage more than once, using the add-on pop-up window, it will cause events to fire multiple times, resulting in several alerts when there should be one, etc.

It's probably injecting another copy the content script into the webpage or adding another listener somewhere.
