COCO group add form behaviour

Problem
Add multiple persons along with group
if an error occurs in the middle due to some reason, the group is created and the persons BEFORE the error are added.
For the other persons, we have to go to the edit page and enter the info again.

IDEAL Behaviour : The info should not be saved i.e. The saved form should be rolled back so that the user can simply make the changes in the add form, and he doesn't have to enter all the information again.
