We currently use a custom script for extracting react-intl messages from code. There is now an official cli,
@formatjs/cliwhich should do the same as this custom script. We should replace and deprecate@digidem/extract-react-intl-messages, leaving us less to maintain.See also digidem/mapeo-desktop#448
