What happened?

In the Jitsi interface, when the side panel is displayed on a device with a small screen, it becomes automatically scrollable as expected. However, this behavior leads to an issue where the chat box is partially pushed out of the visible area.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Access a Jitsi meeting using a device with a small screen.
2. Observe the positioning and accessibility of the chat box.

What did you expect?

The chat box should remain fully visible, even when the side panel is open and scrollable on a small screen.
