Bug: Input variable values getting automatically updated with random values in Custom Script CD Stage

📜 Description

The values of the Input variables gets mixed up when deleting or adding new variables.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Add a few Input Variables variables and assign them some values.
2. Save the pipeline
3. When trying to add a new variable or deleting an older one the values of the previous once gets changed

👍 Expected behavior

The values of the already saved variables should not get changed.

👎 Actual Behavior

The values of the already saved variables are getting changed
