🔖 Feature description

As of now Scoop store the restart info into in memory , and lets if scoop restart it doesn’t show the restart info application pods which they already stored .

We should implement some solution to store data into PVC , make it configurable to store the metadata of restart for environments if they are critical env and also add the support for retention .

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

Lets we wanted to see the restart info even after scoop pod got restarted in cluster.
