Bug: We are not able to open the terminal of cluster in CD

When we open the terminal we fetch the data from https://cd.devtron.ai/orchestrator/k8s/capacity/cluster/list
which fetches the details of all clusters. API is not able to respond because one of the cluster is unreachable at the moment.
