Bug: Validation on Pipeline Type

📜 Description

Till now there is no validation on Pipeline Type , we can save any random values in that.

👟 Reproduction steps

save pipeline with any random values.

👍 Expected behavior

when we are saving random values , api should throw error .

👎 Actual Behavior

api is not showing error in case of invalid pipelineType.
