When creating a new environment in your default cluster, if a namespace with the same name already exists, the creation should not be accepted. Currently, it is being accepted, which is incorrect.
👟 Reproduction steps
Go to add cluster & environment.
Add an environment & namespace in the default cluster .
Then delete it add the same environment and namespace in a different cluster then you are not able to add on it.
👍 Expected behavior
After deleting the namespace & environment we are able to add the environment and namespace on another cluster.
👎 Actual Behavior
After deleting the namespace & environment we are not able to add the environment and namespace on another cluster.
