1.Go to user permission ,as a superadmin user.
2. Now assign the user in devtron apps permission for a single project ,all environments and all application and manager role.
3. In helm apps give the user permission for any other project and any other permission.
4. Now login with that user
5. Now the try to assign any other user with project you don't have permission in devtron apps.
6. Now save the user.
👍 Expected behavior
The user permission should not be saved and give some warning.
👎 Actual Behavior
The user permission is getting saved and then after reviewing the user all the permissions are removed.

👟 Reproduction steps
1.Go to user permission ,as a superadmin user.
