build duration timer

Describe the bug

When we switch the triggered build in cases when the build is in progress then the dynamic timer below InProgress does'nt get updated. It shows the same time in every progressing build until we refresh the page.

To Reproduce

1. Trigger more than one build.
2. Switch betwwen the trigger builds and check the timer below the In Progress state.

Expected behavior

The timer should get updated with respect to the build.

Current behavior

Timer not getting updated.
