List of repo there is an issue if any new user came how he knows user_handle/repo_name
To Reproduce

1. go to global config
2. go to container oci-registry
3. go to add registry (Use as chart repository (Pull helm charts and show inchart store.)
   List of repositories)
4. Mention any repo name for docker registry .

Expected behavior
user_name/repo_name only in docker registry.

Current behavior
Only repo name is not working in case of docker registry. It is working with user_name/repo_name.
